Stonehedge COVID-19
Operating Guidelines
In conjunction with Governor Scott’s recent decision to reopen VT golf courses, we ask that all Stonehedge members and customers familiarize themselves with the following State-mandated “Park, Play & Go Home” guidelines:
Before Your Round:
- Stonehedge Golf Course will only be available for play to VT residents or non-residents who have satisfied the State’s 2-week quarantine requirement. And please note that we are currently only available for golf play – we hope to have our FootGolf course open shortly – stay tuned for further updates…
- Advance tee times are strongly encouraged and can be made by calling the Stonehedge clubhouse (802.773.2666). Tee times will be staggered in 15-minute intervals. Payment arrangements can be confirmed when scheduling your tee time.
- Ride cards will be available but limited to single riders. Anyone needing a ride cart should make prior arrangements when scheduling their tee time. Pull carts will not be available for rental at this time.
- Customers should remain in their cars until 10-minutes prior to their tee time. Players should then check-in at the clubhouse and proceed directly to the 1st tee when directed to do so by the clubhouse attendant.
- While the clubhouse will be closed, there will be restricted customer access to the restroom and curbside delivery for anyone needing to pre-purchase golf supplies (e.g. balls, tees, etc.). Please note that the portable restroom on hole #7 will be temporarily closed.
During Your Round:
- Scorecards and pencils will be temporarily unavailable.
- Rental clubs will not be available at this time and each player must play with their own set of clubs – sharing of golf clubs/equipment is prohibited.
- Stonehedge food & beverage service will be temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience and hope to have these services back in place shortly!
- Social distancing (i.e. 6-feet of separation between you and other customers/golfers) should remain in effect at all times during your stay at Stonehedge.
- Flagsticks will be in place on all greens, but we ask that customers NOT TOUCH OR HANDLE THE FLAGSTICKS. We have made cup modifications so customers can easily retrieve golf balls from the top of the cup/hole without having to pull the flagstick.
Following Your Round:
- Players using a ride cart should drive the cart to the designated drop-off area, remove all trash and personal belongings from the cart and return the cart key to the clubhouse attendant. All carts will be disinfected prior to going back out for rental.
- Upon completion of your round, players should proceed directly to their car. Club cleaning and use of the patio or any other Stonehedge facilities (with the exception of the restroom) will not be permitted.
We appreciate your patience (and business) during this transitional period.
Enjoy your round and be well!!!
